3H’s Hybridoma Cell Screening Technology

This platform takes advantage of protein array chip spotting technology to screen out the monoclonal antibodies with high specificity, high affinity and high functional effect against specific Epitopes from the antibodies secreted by hybridoma cells after stable growth.

Protein Expression & Purification Technology

Due to the cumbersome operation of traditional antibody separation and purification, the easy detachment of ligands and expensive affinity chromatography packing materials, we developed an antibody separation method based on magnetic microspheres and applied for a patent. With this technology, the antibody can be more easily&efficiently separated from the feed liquid containing solid impurities, and the antibody can reach more than 98% purity.

Large Scale Producing Technology

Bioantibody developed technology for the recombinant antibody production. In this platform, the Switching Mechanism at 5’end of RNA Transcript (SMART) technology is applied to amplify genes of the heavy chain and light chain of antibodies efficiently. Then to achieve transient transfection and stable transfection, efficient transfection and stable transformation fermentation technology can be used accordingly. In a word, we can produce functional antibodies according to different project requirements.
