General Information

Recombinant human S100 Calcium Binding Protein A8/A9 Heterodimer (Calprotectin) is produced by E.coli expression system and the target genes is expressed with a 6-His tag at the C-terminus and S100A9 without tag are coexpressed.

Purity

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

In recombinant hman S100A8&A9, S100A8 is composed of 101 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 11.6 kDa. S100A9 is composed of 114 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 13.2 kDa.

20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 15% Glycerol, pH8.5.

Storage
