General Information

Recombinant monkeypox virus A35R protein is produced by Mammalian expression system and

the target gene encoding Arg58-Thr181 is expressed with a His-tag at the C-terminus.

Purity

The recombinant monkeypox virus A35R protein consisting of 139 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 15.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 15-26 kDa under reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
